Orders are shipped within 24 hours. UK postage will be by 1st class, 1st class Recorded Delivery, or by Royal Mail Standard Parcels post where stated. Recorded Delivery and Standard Parcels include insurance up to £28. Overseas will be Surface Mail only but not insured. Details can be found at http://www.royalmail.com.
Should any of our products be defective in anyway, please let us know, and we shall arrange a full refund, if you return the problematic items within 21 days of delivery.
